HEART Project presented to students from Informatics Dept. Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

The HEART research project was presented to a total of over 500 undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Department of Informatics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. This presentation occurred through both specialized lectures and presentations during courses.

Specifically, the project and the related research methodology were presented in the context of the courses “Web & Data Mining, Social Network Analysis” (DWS Post-Graduate MSc) and the courses “World Wide Web Information Systems” and “Operating Systems” by Dr. Pavlos Sermpezis, Dr. Ilias Dimitriadis, Prof. Athena Vakali, and Ph.D. candidate George Vlachavas. Additionally, there was a presentation on the technologies developed/under development in HEART by Dr. Dimitrios Doukas (NET2GRID partner) as part of a relevant lecture in the postgraduate program “Data & Web Science”.
